Cross Systems has started a relationship with LeTourneau University. We recently installed a new Sound System in the Multipurpose Room (MSC-3). When we began discussing the project with LeTourneau, the problem was clean full coverage around the room. The project was given a urgent boost when an amplifier failed on the old system during an important campus event.
The new system included new JBL column line array speakers, Crown amplification, BSS processing, and a new Soundcraft mixing console. By tying these systems together, the room has a full Harman system.
The coverage in the room is now more than adequate with two types of operation. One is full automated mixing, where the system can be turned on, and microphones and other inputs being automatically mixed by the BSS processor. The other is to tie the mixing console into the system, and an operator can mix sound from a separate mixing location in the room for a larger event.
Thanks LeTourneau for allowing Cross Systems to Serve You!
